How refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing work for digital products bought from the AI Web Dev Digital Store.
Digital products
Our products are delivered electronically and grant immediate access. Because a digital product cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed or downloaded, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable except in the situations listed below.
When you can get a refund
You are entitled to a refund if: you were charged more than once for the same order; you paid but the product never became available in your workspace and support could not resolve it; or the product is materially broken or not as described and we cannot provide a working version or fix within a reasonable time.
When a refund does not apply
Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after accessing the files, you no longer need the product, you bought the wrong item but already downloaded it, or you did not read the product description. Completed course access and already-used subscription periods are also non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@aiwebdev.in within 7 days of the charge from the address on your account. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. Our team will review and reply, usually within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, the amount typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We refund the amount and currency originally charged.
Order cancellation
A one-time order can be cancelled for a full refund only while the payment is still pending or before the product has been accessed or downloaded. After access is granted the refund rules above apply.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel subscription renewal at any time from the Subscriptions area of your workspace, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing cycle or for unused time.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can help. Raising a bank dispute or chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account and access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
