How you receive your purchase
After your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, the product is added to your workspace library automatically. You access downloads, course lessons, and tools by signing in to your account at this website.
Delivery time
Delivery is usually immediate. In most cases your purchase is available within a few minutes of a successful payment. If a payment is still being verified by the bank or gateway, access is granted as soon as the capture is confirmed.
Order confirmation
You will see an order confirmation on screen after checkout, and the order is listed under Orders in your workspace. Keep the email address on your account up to date so you receive billing and access notifications.
If your product has not appeared
If a purchase does not show in your library within a reasonable time after payment, contact us at hello@aiwebdev.in with your order number. We will check the payment status and restore access, or issue a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
International customers
Because delivery is entirely digital, customers anywhere in the world receive products the same way. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or delivery restrictions on digital access.
