The terms that govern your use of the AI Web Dev website, workspace accounts, and Digital Store purchases.
By accessing this website, creating a workspace account, or purchasing a product from the Digital Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our products.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
Digital Store items (templates, kits, playbooks, courses, and tools) are licensed to you for your own business or personal use, not sold. Unless a product page states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source files as your own. Course and workspace access is for a single account.
Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. We display prices in USD or INR based on your location; the amount and currency confirmed at checkout is the amount charged. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already completed.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Your order is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful, captured payment. Failed or disputed payments may result in access being withheld or revoked.
All products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment your purchase appears in your workspace library, usually within a few minutes. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details. No physical goods are shipped.
Subscription products renew automatically each month until cancelled, for up to the number of billing cycles shown on the product page. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Subscriptions area of your workspace. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to misuse the website or products, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping at scale, infringing intellectual property, or using our materials for unlawful purposes.
The website, its content, branding, and the design and code of our products remain the property of Zara Global or its licensors. Your licence to use a purchased product does not transfer ownership.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zara Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
